You are here if: You're processing metal (steel, aluminum, titanium) daily. Your tolerances are tight (±0.005" or better). Downtime means lost revenue. You need to justify the laser cutting price with a clear ROI.

The gut vs. data conflict: The numbers screamed for the most powerful, fastest fiber cutting laser machine we could find. My gut worried about the six-figure price tag and the operational complexity. We went with the data. Turns out, for this scenario, the high upfront cost was justified. The surprise wasn't the machine's capability—it was how much scrap it eliminated.
